Breathing Space – A Community Practice for Emotional Fitness

Breathing Space is an innovative group experience designed to support emotional fitness in a safe, supportive, and intentional environment. Each session integrates practical tools, guided meditation, and meaningful group activities to help participants:

  • Process emotions

  • Tune into their inner experiences

  • Strengthen emotional clarity

  • Restore emotional energy

  • Cultivate insight

Breathing Space is NOT therapy. Instead, Breathing Space provides opportunity for connection, meditation, reflection, and growth. Together, we practice being present, quieting the noise, and learning to listen deeply to ourselves and each other without judgement. Throughout our practice, being in quietness creates space and freedom for growth and maturity.

We are not meant to walk this journey alone. Breathing Space invites you to pause, slow down, breathe, and be held in community as you develop greater emotional awareness and authentic connections.

Breathing Space introduces a unique Breathing & Reflection Practice experience, co-facilitated by Laura and Harry.

Each 60-minute session combines gentle breathing with guided, insightful meditation. This integrated practice is designed to help you:

  • Connect your head and heart

  • Process emotions with greater clarity

  • Restore emotional energy

  • Increase emotional awareness

  • Deepen insights

In a quiet, nurturing environment, you’ll learn effective tools for emotional wellness that you can carry with you into daily life. Whether you are new to meditation or experienced in mindfulness practices, our practice offers space for you to slow down, reflect, recharge and reconnect.
