My approach to relationship coaching emphasizes authentic connection and accepting you the way you are.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist for almost two decades, my work has been helping individuals and couples to “fix” or “cure” their relationship issues. I am making a shift in my work for you and your family. My desire is to focus on preparing you to have healthy, authentic relationships. My wish is to help you learn positive approaches and strategies before any relationship crisis arises. If we all start learning, nurturing, and growing our relationships from a Healthy True Self perspective, I am confident that many relationship regrets and griefs could be prevented. Step 1: Initial Consultation

Step 2: Assessment Package

A comprehensive assessment is crucial to the success of your coaching experience. I will provide a two-part assessment: Part 1: IEQ 9 Enneagram Assessment. Part 2: Intake Questionnaire.

Part 1: IEQ 9 Enneagram Assessment

I am an IEQ 9 Integrative Enneagram Accredited Practitioner. I will invite each of my clients to complete an IEQ 9 Enneagram assessment. After the assessment is completed, a standard report will be generated in a systematic format. The standard report will provide an extensive understanding of your personality type and the impact on your life. Two hours of professional interpretation of the standard report will be included in the assessment package.

Part 2: Intake Questionnaire

The purpose of the Intake Questionnaire contains a series of questions which will provide an overall understanding of your history, background, experiences, skills, strengths, weakness, and goals. This is an opportunity for you to reflect on what you really want to achieve in the coaching process. This is a very valuable step to set you up for success in our work.

Creating Healthy and Intentional Relationships

Coaching couples to strengthen and deepen your relationships is my passion. This year, my focus is on fostering Healthy and Intentional Relationships. Have you heard the phrase 不进则退 (bù jìn zé tuì)? It means “if you do not move forward, you will fall back.” In other words, stagnation can lead to regression—an important reminder for any couple that continual growth and intentional effort are essential for a thriving partnership.

Description: Tailored for a small group, maximum 3 couples. A coach will be assigned for each group throughout the coaching process
